Question about gaining Lean Body Mass and Cardio...

Hi!

I've already read the Cardio and HIIT chapter of BBR, but I continue to have some questions...
I'm 176 cm and I weight 60 Kg or 132 Lbs, so I'm a below the weight I should have... So I want to gain weight but I don't want to add bodyfat, since I want to achieve six pack!
I do weights 5 days per week, but I don't really pay much attention to nutrition, just try not to eat much fats or sweets, besides I do 30 mins of 10 Km/h of running per day, which I think is not really beneficial to build muscle...

So, question is... Can you advice me a Cardio/HIIT plan that is compatible with muscle building, please?
Besides, I've now seen that I should consume 1800 Kcal per day... Have got to care more about nutrition, is of paramount importance...

Sorry about the long post!
Thanks!

If you don't pay much attention to nutrition, then you need to. I'd recommend you start following the specific recs of the ebook for cals and macro nutrients, etc. If adding muscle and strength is your goal, then you need to keep aerobics to a minimum and focus on a good program from the ebook, or other given general thumbs up for your goals, depending on experience levels, etc.
