Hi Renato,
BF wise my guestimate would be 10-12% but really this makes zero difference. Bulking or cutting depends solely on you. What have you been doing in recent months? Daily cals? Have you had success with it? How do you train, what are your ultimate goals? All these answers will help YOU decide what direction to go in. You are certainly lean enough so are in the nice position to decide to go super lean or try & put on some LBM. Which ever direction you go, lots of people on these boards willing to help you get there |
