POLL: "natural" vs. synthetic sweeteners/flavors

Please take a moment to answer this poll. I am doing some consulting work for a supplement company, and they are deciding on the issue of natural vs synthetic sweeteners in their protein powders. I would be interested in what % of people care about this issue and your answers could very well have an impact on the final product!

Re: POLL: "natural" vs. synthetic sweeteners/flavors

Funny you should ask this. I ran out of ON 100% Whey protein and because fundage is tight I bought whatever the supplement place I went to had on sale.

I forget the brand as the label has fallen off the tub. (Nutra something, Nutrablend? Nutrabolic?) But the formula is sickening sweet. I suspect that is why it was on sale.

It had the same # of grams of protein per scoop as ON Whey, and the flavor "Chocolate Milkshake" was good, but it was much much sweeter than what I am used to.

Not sure what artificial sweetner they were using but it was way too strong.

UPDATE:11/2/2010. Shoulder Issues resolved. Have been slowly but surely rebuilding strength.
