Hi guys, yes we're undergoing a major restructure of the products and programs and forums, you will all retain access to everything but we'll deliver a much better experience on the new site

Yep, people are still here. I heard the development team is remodeling the site, so maybe there'll be a big marketing push when that comes through.

I finally had some connectivity time to log in and scan around the various threads, and I dropped in a few update posts. Good to see that a lot of members are still making good progress!

Shelli, good thing nowadays big squat butts are all of a sudden in (though I think most of the world always appreciated big butts, lol, just look at Brazil, the US was an exception to the rule). C@ssio as a relatively big guy, I think I know how you feel. When I meet new people in a work related context I might wear long sleeves and shirts that are a bit too big. Otherwise people might think I'm dumb before I open my mouth because if you're a guy who lifts you must be dumb because lifting is boring but somehow running isn't. I've also noticed that women found me a lot more approachable and less 'scary' when I weighed 50lbs less even though I was less attractive, with the exception of women who are tall and built and less likely to be intimidated by muscle anyway. It's fine since that's who I'm attracted to anyway (and I'm married ), but it does feel annoying to be judged as 'scary'.

I feel your pain C@ssio, when I was younger and a bit leaner I was constantly being told I should stop training, be careful you look like a man, you have too many muscles, look how big your ass is and that I ran like a boy. I was proud of the boy running statement, could handle the too lean comments but the other comments especially the male comparison and butt ones made me really self conscious, these days I think my butts not big enough. The funny thing is this I wasn't even that big back then just lean, tight and apparently pretty strong for a girl lol

That's a heckuva move, Will. Hopefully, you like the hot and wet climate.
Major PITA to move. I'm helping my cousin move on Sunday.....only from south OC to Riverside, though.

Well all, I finally made the move from MA to FL.

So far so good, but what a HUGE PITA it is to move a house. Ugh
