RBs Efforts in 2010

I've never kept a journal online. I do keep track of all workouts in Excel, but I figured that I'd give it a shot. I could always use any help, as well.

Current stats:
Height - 6'
Weight - 256#
Bench 1rm - 325#
Deads 1 rm - 655#
Squats 1 rm - 615# (1/12/09)

Goals:
Weight - 240 +/-
Bench - 400#
Deads - 700#
Squats - 700#

We'll see how it goes. I lift 4 days a week with Wed. off and play bball on Saturdays.

Re: RB's Effort to get 700# in 2009

Week of Jan. 5 through Jan. 9 -
First foray into a powerlifting routine, ala EFS.
Monday - ME squat/dead day
Tuesday - ME bench day
Thursday - DE squat/dead day
Friday - DE bench day

Spent this week getting used to pl lifting. Discovered that I either rest too long on the DE days or don't have enough time to complete the workouts. I'll have to stay at the gym longer.
