Week of Jan. 5 through Jan. 9 -
First foray into a powerlifting routine, ala EFS. Monday - ME squat/dead day Tuesday - ME bench day Thursday - DE squat/dead day Friday - DE bench day Spent this week getting used to pl lifting. Discovered that I either rest too long on the DE days or don't have enough time to complete the workouts. I'll have to stay at the gym longer. BEER - Now cheaper than gas, so Drink, don't drive! |
