Just wondering if anyone has suggestions regarding websites or software that they like for designing training programs and/or monitoring progress?

I am a VB.NET programmer, also planning to venture into more programming fields soon.

As far as i know, the current software isn't very flexible and can't be tailored to poliquin's training techniques.

Once i fully understand the poliquin system, i may program a small application that pretty much tells you exactly what you will do in the gym, when, and how... maybe i will expand it to include advised rest times, food intake, etc. I will almost surely work with someone from this forum on it, as my knowledge as a bodybuilder is far less than most over here.

I will be working on this in 1 or 2 month's time once i am done with an 8 week pre-proliquin routine provided by e7rpe, and once my finals are over. Maybe i will work earlier but that is not likely.

In your search you may come across precision-trainer.com or other sisco fantasies. do not fall victim to these extremely simple overadvertised and overpriced tools! They are of very little benefit if at all, and contain many "bugs" and cannot be tailored to your specific routine.
