What's the difference between NASM's SFS(Sports Fitness Specialist) and CSCS(Certified Strenght and Condiontiong Specialist)? Is there any difference or is one considered a must have and the other is optional?

I'm sure many will vouch that the CSCS is far and away more widely respected (and more difficult to obtain, btw). You'd be hard-pressed to find a SFS who strength coaches a major professional sports team, for example.
