Hello people,

I was wondering if anyone has read nelson montana's e-books? Are they good and useful?

No. There are better places to spend your money. Montana is one of those guys who knows very little about training or diet aside from what he's observed various steroid freaks do in the gym, but somehow he sticks around.

I've been told that his "ebooks" consist of a series of links to old articles Nelson had already written online. What a crock! Pretty bad articles too, not that Montana has ever written a good one.

There are so many other sources I would suggest you check out first. Let me know if you need any suggestions. Also, don't fall for the trap that Montana "knows" about gear, etc., as he apparently markets himself as some type of steroid guru. There are better sources to learn about this as well, if that's something you happen to be interested in reading about (not saying you are).

Hey Erp7e,

Thanks for the reply. Yeah i Kinda beleived the way his e-books are being promoted. I was intersted in learning about cople of articles. Regarding timing of nutrients and firing thyroid for burning fat. Well I am still curious to learn about steriods and their usage. What are the good sources?

Check out Author Rea's book, Chemical Muscle Enhancement. Again, I'm not advocating the use of any illegal substances, but if you wish to learn about steroids, this is where I'd look first. This guy knows his stuff.

Regarding the nutritional stuff you mentioned, there are numerous other authors who I'd recommend on these topics, including Brink, Di Pasquale, Duchaine, Cordain, Berardi, Lowery, Ivy, Portman, McDonald, Antonio, and others.

You can learn the basics at these links. "Intro to anabolic steroids" by Bill Roberts:

http://www.mesomorphosis.com/articles/pharmacology/introduction-to-anabolic-steroids.htm

Bill knows his stuff. For a run down on each steroid:

Scroll down past all the books/ebook ads (or buy one if any interest you) to the "Anabolic steroid profiles" section and read those, also written by Bill Roberts.

hey all,

Hmmm Thanks for your reply erp7e and Will. Yeah Erp7e thanks for advice i am not gonna use em its just that a guy in the gym kind of exploded with muscle in 5 months without doing any correct basics. I mean he used to train 2 hours every day 7 days a week. He was not getting sick and was kind of energetic everyday. Later i came to know he is training with steriods and that made me curious to know about these chemicals to make good decisions before even thinking of stepping into the dark side.

If you just want to know what they are, how they work, types, etc., the links I posted are really all you need.

I second that. Bill Roberts is one of the most knowledgable people you will find on the topic of anabolic drugs, in fact he basically invented the idea of marketing prohormones/prosteroids as dietary supplements.

cooldude, for what's it's worth, I think that unless you're a pro athlete (i.e. you will make more money because of using them), it is not worth the legal and health risks. It is absolutely possible to have a great muscular body without them, and it's generally a good idea to not piss off the feds. :D
