Can anyone tell me how rock stars and rappers with their tours and lifestyles and temptations able to develop bodies that could be on covers of muscle magazines? How do they eat 5-6 quality meals a day,get eight hours of sleep and have intense workouts while the average guy makes similar efforts but has a lot less to show for it?I don't understand it.

Do you have anyone in mind as examples?

Actually, I would think the rock/rap/pop star lifestyle is pretty damn easy as far as finding time for training and eating is concerned. They don't have to go to work, they are their own boss, they can afford whatever equipment and food they want (home gyms, personal chefs, etc.), the list goes on. The only thing really standing in their way is the immense recreational drug use, but if they choose to take it easy on that, they'll be fine.

As far as music stars that have decent physiques, I can think of relatively few. Most of them look like strung out heroin addicts (mainly because they are). It's part of their creative genius I think.

He's probably thinking of guys like 50cent and LL Cool J (amazing physique IMO), not many rockers I can think of that have decent bodies, maybe Henry Rollins in his day...

Fifty and LL are definitely ripped. If you have a big enough pool (of rappers/rock stars) you inevitably will get some people high on the genetics heap. It's pure percentages. Still, these guys have a great liftestyle for training and eating. I would love to have that lifestyle, freedom, and money. Who wouldn't? That's not to take away from the hard work that I'm sure these guys put in, especially LL who is around 40 years old and looks great.

Though he us clearly gifted in the gene dept., If you are ever in a record store and see a life sized poster of LL, you will clearly see the fine pencil thin scar around his nipples…nuff said on that.

When I say "afford whatever equipment and food they want" I'm certainly implying all substances that can be consumed or, um, injected.
