Anybody seen this yet?

I hear Arnold apparently looks in great shape again for it.

Was there any coverage of his training and so forth in previews?

Supposedly he looks pretty damm good considering his age.

August issue of Muscle & Fitness has a spread on Arnold getting in shape for his movie. Looking at the workout they said he was doing - it wasn't too much. Shows how easy it can be once your in good shape anyway. Good article though and, ya gotta love Arnold. His charisma alone is something else. He looks great for 55 years of age. Also he says that negotiations are already under way for T4.

Cheers Howard,

I wonder where the truth lies, in the members section of this site, we have a news feeds option, yesterday one of the stories was about how Arnold recruited a load of old hardcore training buddies to train with and trained 3 hours a day, blah blah.

Who knows which has the reality of what he did. I wonder if the 'Great One' used a littel HGH to whip up those abs.

The last time I saw Arnold , was about 15 months ago on a beach in a photo in some magasine and no kidding, the Oak looked like shit.

I don't mean like, 15% bf, I mean like 22% or more, it was a crying shame.

That said, the guy always had drive, and pride, and I can see him training, and dieting his ass off to bein shape.

Well, took in Terminator T3 last night. Worth watching. I liked it MUCH better than the second Matrix movie. Had a couple of slow parts but not many that I remember. Arnold still looks the same to me. My son and I enjoyed it thoroughly. But then again, we were fans of the Terminator to begin with.

Cool, I just read the article he has in Flex, he looks in ok shape, twig like by Arnolds standards but not bad for a 60 yr old or so.

The clips look superb

ps I merged your thread with an existing T3 thread, shame on you moderator :-)

Just watched T3 on avanced previews last night.

It's great and arnie looks brilliant for his age. I wouldn't mind looking like that when i'm that age. Hell i'd like to look like that now!!!

When are we gonna get arnie on this forum!!!!

Simon, make it happen!!

Iīd have too agree Arnoldīs done a great job when it comes to getting in shape. When it comes to the movie itself though I have to say it really sucks. Even though my expectations were low and being a great fan of T2 and also of Arnold himself I really think it sucked.:(

I saw that same picture of Arnold wearing speedos on the beach in People magazine about the time T3 came out. I agree that he did not look as good as he usually does in the movies. I thought it was funny!!!!.
But let's cut the man some slack . He is almost 60. He supposedly had open heart surgery for a bicuspid aortic valve .
(I'll debate whether he had bypass surgery secondary to high cholesterol from steroid use .) According to the article in M&F , his doctors told him to cool it with the heavy intense lifting. Plus he is a family man with many other business/political commitments.

Even today's younger pro and amateur bodybuilders can't be in tip- top , ripped shape 100% of the time.

Never believe all you see, especially in mags like People. Word is that that particular image (which I'm sure is the one I've seen also) was a photoshop job, and most likely entailed sticking Arnold's head onto someone else's body ;)

So easy to do, and voila! the "Governator's" reputation (at least in the muscle community) is in tatters.
